Ok so not the most healthy recipe in the world… and it took about 5 hours to cook!
Luckily one of us was working from home or we would have been calling this a midnight feast. However, we can’t say it wasn’t worth it. This meal will be lovely on a cold Autumn/ Winter Evening when the nights have drawn in and everyone is sat in their onesies… if that’s still ‘in’ this winter?!

We served with the suggest peas, gravy, and additional creamy mash. We were feeling indulgent ok!
