Another bonfire night vibe.

As the nights have clearly drawn in and there’s that Autumn feel in the evenings, this dish is a lovely heart warmer. Plus you’ll find 3 of your 5 a day in here too!

We’re on a roll now with Jamie’s new book, but you can also find this recipe here. One mistake we made was keeping the lid on in the oven so it didn’t have chance the thicken up like it would have done. Never-the-less, it was still tasty and I even ate one of the mushrooms! (I hate cooked mushrooms)

And we managed to get hold of that soughdough bread we needed for the scrambled eggs and salmon. It was perfect for mopping up all the flavoursome juices!
