One mistake we made was keeping the lid on in the oven so it didn’t have chance the thicken up like it would have done. Never-the-less, it was still tasty and I even ate one of the mushrooms! (I hate cooked mushrooms)
And we managed to get hold of that soughdough bread we needed for the scrambled eggs and salmon. It was perfect for mopping up all the flavoursome juices!
