A cheeky brunch-time treat.

I am known to have a very sweet tooth, of the chocolate & dessert variety. So finding a more healthy medium is always a winner!

We used the pancake recipe from BBC Food which was easy to follow and made lovely thick American style pancakes. With fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, a good helping of natural greek yoghurt and a drizzle of golden syrup for good measure- you really can’t go wrong!

We also added blueberries to the mix and squished them in the pan to ooze into the pancakes. It was supposed to serve 4-6 but with it tasting so good… we had 2 each!
