Well worth the fresh tuna!
Tuna isn’t exactly cheap, so we usually pick the frozen stuff… but wow does it make a difference buying fresh. Frozen tuna is so easy to over cook, drying your mouth out and sucking up any moisture within touching distance.
Paired with the ratatouille and rice, this isn’t too dissimilar to the steak ratatouille & saffron rice recipe posted at the start of the month. Guess it satisfies all those fish lovers out there though! You can find the full recipe here. It was pretty quick to make – we’d finished eating in time for I’m a Celebrity… which is pretty early for us.
Another great way to make fish more exciting. I think we’re getting a nice collection of fish dishes now. And all of them we’ll make again!
