We were dying to make this last year, so it’s only right it’s the first Jamie recipe of 2016!

Don’t be alarmed by the kiwi salsa – it’s amazing! Quite spicy by itself, but with all of the other elements it fits in perfectly. Visually you can’t wait to tuck into this meal, with the mix of the red cabbage, peppers and salsa it is so colourful, and with varying textures it makes it an interesting (although slightly messy) eat!

It’s another great way to spice up your average white fish. And it may even be a fun way for kids to enjoy healthy eating- if you put out all the different elements for them to create their own colourful, tasty wraps/tacos. Although I don’t have kids so I could well be stretching the imagination there!

But we loved it, and will definitely be making these again. It’s a similar construction to the pulled pork wraps we enjoy- just healthier… and cheaper!
